A stencil artist came to town one year and trusted his creations to the vagaries of time. Yesterday, Banksy speeded up time as a stencil painting was bought at auction: here today in lust, gone today in shreds.

Upstairs at Cafe Roka in Bisbee, Arizona, models are preparing for the annual fashion show in support of the Community Y, a low-income residence hall.
The models are excited and recalling the years when they used to do this fashion show at the Copper Queen Mine Tour.
A peek downstairs reveals a couple of orbs on the stairwell walls.
Outside the luncheon guests are arriving.
We adjust our cameras for the big event.
The fashions are selected from Bisbee boutiques and designers.
Being a small town, most people at the event have known each other for years and are playfully appreciative.

One of my orb enthusiasts asked me to go on a quest for orbs tonight. Margo didn’t think she was having much luck on her own and wasn’t sure that any lived in her neighborhood. Here she is looking for that orb who is looking at her.
When I don’t seem to be having any luck finding orbs among the trees, I can usually find them in one of their favorite hangouts: the power lines.
Margo now realizes there are plenty of orbs in her neighborhood.
The Loma Linda is considered Bisbee’s one true mansion.
Ocotillas look like sticks until they leaf out in summer rains.
These century plant stalks have the regalness of pine trees.
Of course orbs would be attracted to the joys of the children’s playground.

Backstage at the annual Bisbee’s Got Talent fundraising show for our homeless shelter. Derrick Ross of Nowhere Man and Whiskey Girl rehearses to an appreciative audience of orbs.
Members of the Bisbee Community Chorus are unaware of the attention they are attracting from the orb above.
Orbs danced along with Linda Herrera singing and playing a lovely percussion rhythm with clapping and pounding a cup.
Once the High Desert Gypsies began their tribal dancing, my camera lost interest in orbs and just focused on the color and light of their exquisite moves..

Renee wins each time she participates and always makes us wonder why she isn’t starring on Broadway.
In her night life she leads the very successful ghost tours of Bisbee.

It is after midnight in the sleeping town of Bisbee, Arizona. Little do the residents realize who is gliding silently through the night.
For those of us not particularly gifted at seeing emanations of spiritual beings, a camera’s flash will bring them to light.

The full moon often draws us into the night to photograph the sky. I found this lovely pink orb while out with the moon a couple of nights ago.
The moon is the bright light cradled in the trees. I thought you might enjoy the movement of the orb across from the moon, and the way the pinkish orb is perched on the tree in the center.
Last night the moon was slower to rise, but the orbs were waiting patiently.
In fact, I want you to realize just how dense our sky can be with flying orbs.
I’m experimenting with different densities of brightness and contrast to reveal the orbs.
Practically a blizzard of orbs grace our skies.
Inspired by the moon, an orb outshines the crowd.
I encourage you all to seek the orbs outside your doors in the night. It’s just a pretty sight to discover who floats through your neighborhood.
