Orbs of Truth

orb photo copyright Cheyenne MacMasters 2013

Not again,

a stranger’s eyes

regard me in a mirror

that lies.

Once again,

I inhabit a body

not mine.

We are all one.

What tripe!

We don’t know that Truth

until the body is not ours

until now.

Not now!

My body, my life.

This body, another’s life.

I do remember

my life, my body.

But that was then,

this is now.

  1. Very good poem! In Truth we know nothing! 🙂 compared to the Universe. We are but specs travelling. And I’m happy to be in this body this time around 🙂 compared with some lives I had led. Be well my friend

    1. Thank you, Sue. We can feel our next lives calling, and the imprints of our past lives, but do these imaginings reflect the Truth? Be well in this moment, my friend.
