Orbs attend Hot Air Balloon Glow in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

If you’ve learned anything about orbs since following my blog, you know they love a party.

And, that’s what the 25th Annual White Sands Hot Air Balloon Invitational put on for the city of Alamogordo, New Mexico last Saturday night.

  2. Get hat is an astounding number of orbs!
    I didn’t know about the ascension at White Sands. Where do you stay? I went there for a full moonrise once and had to drive nearly an he back to my motel.

    1. There was such an abundance of orbs that I couldn’t use most of the photos because they were blocking out the balloons. It is a very long drive to White Sands from Alamogordo no matter which side of town you stay on.

  4. The orbs were flocking to the party for sure. Excellent photos. We just finished the balloon fiesta up here. Do you know Teagan with Teagan’s Books blog? She lives in Alamagordo now. You are in Bisbee, I assume.

    1. Don’t know Teagan, I’ll look her up. We couldn’t crew for the Alamagordo/White Sands balloon festival this year or last. Haven’t attended Albuquerque’s festival, just crew for smaller ones like White Sands. Deming, and Rosewell.

      2. Three smaller balloon festivals are probably more fun in some ways than one giant one. But if you ever get the chance, you would enjoy the AIBF.
