Most people had already voted, but the polls were still open this evening in Bisbee, Arizona. Orbs waited in expectation.

Although staying above politics, the orbs lit up for the cheers of the crowd at the Bisbee Royale on election night 2012.

The race was close and no one was quite sure how it would turn out.

Orbs kept their opinions to themselves.

However, for the first time in my hundreds of photos of orbs, I found a golden orb.

Suddenly we had a projected win and the crowd was on its feet.

The orbs grew large with radiant excitement.

Babes in arms filled the dance floor.

The small town of Bisbee became one with the mass of political supporters throughout the United States.

President Barack Obama wins the re-election and even an orb gave a squiggle of delight.
